UK next-working-day delivery: in-stock orders placed before 11am UK time can be dispatched using DPD Gold tracked next-working-day service where available. The delivery date is confirmed for the specific order and destination; weekends, bank holidays and remote-area services may differ. Delivery is free on orders of £100 or more and £5.99 below £100. If a parcel is lost in transit or does not reach you, contact us: we take responsibility for resolving the delivery issue rather than leaving you to deal with the carrier.
Two-year replacement warranty from HawkVision Pro: if a product you buy from us develops a fault within two years of purchase, we will replace it without excuses, including after installation. Keep the purchase invoice emailed to you and contact us directly for replacement support. This is our faulty-product warranty; change-of-mind returns are covered separately by our returns policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
